Abstract:
We subjected cells collected using an in vivo invasion assay to cDNAmicroarray analysis to identify the gene expression profile of invasivecarcinoma cells in primary mammary tumors. Expression of genes involvedin cell division survival and cell mo

Materials & Methods:
The resulting cells were split and plated on Mattek dishes covered with Matrigel (1:5) in the presence or absence of EGF (1 nmol/L) for 4 hours at 37°C. The cells were then lysed directly on the dish for total RNA extraction.
