Materials & Methods:
EGF Stimulation N-WASP biosensor expressing MTLn3 cells were plated on tissue culture dishes containing a coverslip (MatTek Corp.) for 24 hr and serum starved for approximately 3 hr before EGF stimulation. Cells were stimulated with a final concentration of 5 nM EGF at 378C and fixed with 4% formaldehyde in PBS buffer after given time points (see Figure 2C).
